UTF-8 allows for support of Asian languages and their character depth. It is a widely supported and flexible character encoding, used for Japanese and Chinese.

UTF-8は、アジアの言語およびそれらのcharacter depthをサポートします。それは、巾広くサポートされた柔軟な文字エンコードであり、日本語と中国語で使用されています。

It's fairly simple to enable UTF-8 on your wiki pages. Currently PmWiki 2.0 versions have the UTF-8 file needed already loaded.

あなたのwikiページをUTF-8対応にすることはとても簡単です。現バージョンであるPmWiki 2.0は、この作業に必要なUTF-8ファイルを標準で同梱しています。

Here are the steps to enable UTF-8

• Open your config.php file
• Add this line: include_once('scripts/xlpage-utf-8.php');
• (you must include the semicolon)
• save and upload your config.php file back to the server.

If you validate your site you should see that UTF-8 is default encoding.

UTF-8対応にする方法：

• config.phpファイルを開く
• 以下の行を追加する: include_once('scripts/xlpage-utf-8.php');
• (最後の";（セミコロン）"をお忘れなく)
• config.phpファイルを保存してサーバにアップロードしてください。

サイトを有効にすれば、UTF-8がデフォルトのエンコーディングになっているでしょう。

UTF-8을 사용하는 방법

 * config.php파일을 얼어
 * include_once('scripts/xlage-utf-8.php'); 라는 줄을 추가하고
 * (세미콜론도 꼭 써준다.) 
 * 저장하면 된다. 

UTF-8 로 잘 인코딩되는지 확인한다.
